Shipping
Information about domestic and international stone piece shipments.
Every Arte Lapídea piece travels protected by a packing protocol designed specifically to safeguard the weight and delicacy of natural stone.
Our logistics are currently focused on Mexico. We work with providers specialized in transporting heavy and fragile objects, and each shipment is coordinated personally with the client.
Domestic shipping
We ship throughout Mexico. Delivery times vary depending on destination and the nature of the piece:
- Mexico City and metro area: 3 to 5 business days after packing.
- Rest of Mexico: 5 to 10 business days.
- Large or fragile pieces: we coordinate specialized delivery with a specific timeframe.
Packing
Every piece is sealed according to its material, wrapped with shock-absorbing materials and placed inside a custom-built wooden structure. The goal is to neutralize vibration, impact and humidity throughout the entire transport chain.
International shipping
We are not currently shipping outside of Mexico, but we are developing the infrastructure to bring Arte Lapídea abroad in the near future, under the same standards of rigor and care.
Made-to-order pieces
Commissioned pieces have an additional production lead time, communicated when the order is confirmed. During that period we stay in contact and share work-in-progress updates when the client wishes.
